The first in an experiential series. Diaries documents the cultural and personal moments of different creators across the globe.
Each author explores everyday themes for les girls les boys to share, a personal almost biographical insight into their lives; sometimes intimate, sometimes in confinement, sometimes interacting with others, sometimes voyeuristic, sometimes alone, sometimes reflective.
First up, photographer and traveller Ellen Fedors kicks off the Diaries series from Copenhagen with a sneak-peak introduction.
Hi Ellen! Tell us about you.
Hi. My name is Ellen, and I’m a photographer from Washington, DC. I studied Political Science and Art History at university in New York, and then moved to Paris. Lately though, I live between London and New York… and Copenhagen 🙂
I take a lot of pictures wherever I go of whomever I’m with, which is often my partner Rasmus… I pack very little clothes, but lots of cameras. I steal all of Rasmus’ clothes. I just love what he finds. When we travel together, it means I can pack less!
les girls or les boys? Les girls qui sont un peu les boys.
Look out for the next instalment of Diaries. Ellen’s q&a on intimacy & romance, coming soon.
